In this role you will be responsible for leveraging data to assist multiple teams with providing insights to the company's strategic decision-making processes. That would improve operational efficiency, strengthen competitive advantages and fuel overall business growth.

Responsibilities
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact the FX market and our business operations and generate reports for management and all key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including customer journey, marketing, business development, client experience and IT to identify business requirements, KPI setting and communicate insights to relevant stakeholders
- Provide a strategy and framework for all data management activities
- Identify business opportunities discovered through data
- Ensure data accuracy by auditing and identifying inconsistencies
- Monitor and analyse competitors' activities and market trends to identify potential competitive advantages or risks
- Be up-to-date about global economic events and market news that could impact the FX market
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to both non-technical and technical stakeholders with proper requirement documents/flows
Candidate profile
- Solid expertise in data analysis, design and development of reporting and business intelligence solutions
- Good knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Google Data Studio/Looker, Big query, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages
- Experience of working in a highly regulated environment
- Degree in Mathematics / Statistics / Economics / Finance or related field
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication skills and leadership skills
- Meticulous attention to detail when working with data to ensure accuracy and quality
