Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by identifying issues and offering assistance through telephone, email, and live chat channels
Educate clients on the usage of the company's website and trading platforms.
Engage with clients to convey information about the company's products and services via telephone, email, and live chat.
Support various company departments as needed.

Requirements

Proficiency in computer usage, including a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous.
A team player with excellent communication skills.
Native or near-native Chinese and fluent English, is a fundamental requirement.
