Responsibilities
- Identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives.
- Assist the Global Head of Marketing in developing creative strategies.
- Recommend strategies for implementation in regional marketing plans.
- Analyze local competition and enhance the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas.
- Liaise with the marketing department to propose product alternatives.
- Develop a clear understanding of the financial goals in a region and the key success indicators.
- Evaluate the productivity and return on investment (ROI) of marketing strategies.
- Report to the Head of Marketing.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing in the Forex and/or Financial Services sectors is required.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
- Experience working in a high-tech environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.Leadership, problem-solving, and networking skills.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Fluency in verbal and written English; additional language skills will be considered a plus.
