Responsibilities
- Install and configure MT4 / MT5 / cTrader new Servers
- Ensure the continuous operation and running of the MT4 / MT5 / cTradersystems
- Set up and maintain new and existing financial products
- Assist IT department with configuring IB portals, client Area and back officewhen needed
- Closely working with IT and Risk department for any operation maintenance anddevelopment
- Troubleshoot system issues, managing system upgrades, document processesand providing technical support for users
- Monitor system performance, availability, backup/restore and continuity oftrading platforms, systems & software
- Perform routine audits of the trading platform systems and software
- Perform periodic health and performance checks of all trading platforms andsystems
- Work closely with our external associates for resolving issues related to thetrading platforms, systems and software
- Reporting to: Head of Risk
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology or any other relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of the Forex market.
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5/cTrader.
- Experience with Windows/Linux scripting languages will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL queries will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with Zabbix/Graylog/Kibana/New Relic systems will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
